Mr. James Geddes (#213139) was sentenced to 90 years in Oklahoma prison for a minor marijuana offense involving five plants in a personal garden. He has already served at least nine years in prison, during which time his brother died and he was unable to attend the funeral. This situation has created undue hardship for his aging parents. Continuing his incarceration does not serve the interests of the State, the nation, Mr. Geddes or his family. In light of the minor nature of his offense, the amount of time that Mr. Geddes has already served, and the interest of justice;
